If everyone was a total believer, every single one of them would spend every single day out in field circus. While it might be necessary at times to work, they would keep that to a minimum. If they got sick, they would simply take prescription and non-prescription drugs and go out anyways. Which might make sense if you only had a couple of weeks and the end really was coming after that, but not when it is a perennial "emergency".
You would also have a lot fewer coffee breaks. People would dress according to the weather, minimizing warm-up or cool-down breaks. Errands would be done before or after field circus, not during. You would see fewer people coming late for boasting sessions or out in field circus, struggling to get there and get their time in. And, much less dogging of calls.
