Oh I love Dana Carvey. And so nice to see him reprising his performance as George H. W. Bush last week.

Carlin and Lewis Black are the ones I always liked watching. I love Craig Ferguson's humor on his show.

In the early '90s when Comedy Central mainly played standup comics, I thought Ellen Degeneres was totally brilliant. I miss her old standup.

Debra Wilson always impressed me on the old MadTV, tho I liked most of the cast too.

Daniel Tosh and Jim Gaffigan are current faves. Me and my girlfriend watched King Baby a couple of months ago and we were both in tears laughing. I agree with previous poster regarding Chappelle, he was (is?) simply the best.

The really funny ones I liked a lot are dead now. My favorites were, and still are, Rodney Dangerfield and Sam Kinison . Those 2 guys were some of the quickest on their feet with humor I have ever seen

Carlin, Pryor, Robin Williams, Woody Allen, Bobby Slayton, Bill Hicks, Will Durst, Bill Maher, Lewis Black, Dave Chapelle, Daniel Tosh? Is he considered a standup? I enjoy him these days.
