My last KH- 1988- helped hide my wife and kids from me for about 10 days and two elders went to court with my wife in an attempt to make me look bad (backfired with the judge) and get me thrown out of my house. Real nice people those elders- Speaking of doing the unexpected, I stood across the street from the KH on a Sunday morning a few days after she took off and asked every JW coming into the KH, if they were hiding my family,( I found out later an elder had put them up in one of his rental houses)- they just looked the other way ( lots of red faces) ---man that bull horn I used sure told the neighbors what kind of people the JW's are---. So, I guess my old KH was a typical back-stabbing, throat cutting KH. Well, it might be a funeral home now, not sure- They move 5 miles away a few years later and built a new KH in a neighborhood that Moshe hadn't, "educated about JWs"
