Probably gain a pound from all the sugar. I believe they use Mogen-David (kosher), which is like pancake syrup.

Of course not, if asked to stop causing a disruption, the police can come and quietly take you out and could charge you with disorderly conduct.
It's their place, their rules; you break them, you can be asked to leave, you refuse, they call police and they will escort you out.

Drink the wine - stand up say "Thank You Very Much" (In an Elvis voice of course) and walk out!
You won't be arrested, you would have made the memorial fun for yourself and all the other poor, bored out of their minds, sod attending and most importantly you can report back here and give us all a laugh.

I'm with cantleave. Then, in around 15 years some 20-25 year old will post an experience here on JWN about how when he was a kid and his mom dragged him to the Memorial year after year how boring it was until this one time when some guy came in, drank all the wine, then left and how that experience was ingrained in his mind for life.
We'll all look back and laugh.
