Not everyday; I should eat them more. IMHO the best apple, bar none, is the 'snow apple'. If you ever get a chance to try one, make sure you do!
Also for a very different flavour, there are the russets.
Apparently lots of chemicals on apples, so make sure you wash them well or if really concerned, peel them (even tho most of the vitamins are in the peel).
