He means the "chip on your shoulder"....
I assuem that people that read all the "evidence" against Christ existing ot what not, also read all the 'evidence" FOR his existence too, right?

That's what i thought, but i wasn't sure how I figured into it. I ain't that bright, man.

Such as?
Notverylikely,
I don't recall the names, I know there are a few but to be honest, I haven't read any yet.
There were two mentioned in Francis Collins Book "the language of God", and I will probably get them, but their name escapes me.
I am sure someone will be able to direct you.
The difference boils down to belief over faith. I believe that there was an historical person named Jesus, but the faith required to trust the gospels' version of events has escaped me. There does seem to be a lot of evidence that the supernatural events were added later to lend credence to the new religion...
The message of the Gosples is greater than the "miracles" therein.
The fact that there are many principles contained in the gospels that would make the world a better place if applied correctly doesn't negate the fact that the same writings create a superiority complex among its adherents. This has lead to atrocities that can be placed directly on the shoulders of 'faith'. Other religions share in this so I'm not saying that Christianity is completely at fault. Religion and faith have caused more distress than anything else combined and that's what saddens me.
The message of the Gosples is greater than the "miracles" therein.
I would be more inclined to agree if there were a general consensus on the message.
