I don't oppose health care, I oppose the mandate that requires you to have insurance for as long as your heart is still beating and breathing the air the same as everyone else.

Auto Insurance, you do have a CHOICE, you can forgo owning a car and take a bus, train, taxi and whatever method of transportation you so choose.

Health insurance on the other hand, you do NOT have a CHOICE, you are mandated to purchase health insurance. That's why it's unconstitutional because the madate takes away CHOICE.

If you oppose the mandate so much, how about taking it up with the REPUBLICANS that wrote it, insisted it be a part of the bill and then backed away from their own idea like crabs running from hot water.

I agree that the auto insurance thing is not an exact analogue to health insurance, but EVERYONE gets sick. EVERYONE wants health insurance. I call bullshit when people claim to be upset by this because they don't want to have health insurance. BULLSHIT I TELL YA!

Romney's also a republican that has enacted mandates in his own state.

Our own hick governeor Rick Perry in Texas tried, a couple of years ago to MANDATE that all teen girls take some type of vaccine that ws supposed to kep them from getting some type of cancer.

And now he's trying to sue to federal govt?

Which one of the many faces are the republicans going to show us tomorrow?
