Me? Buttered and smothered with fruit preserves is #1.
Sometimes I'm lazy and just spread flavored hummus on it. Simple, simple.
Also good to scoop up tuna salad.

Matzoh is so darned bland that they taste like whatever you put on them. Sauteed chicken livers are good with plenty of pan gravy.
Matzoh balls aren't bad in a nice chicken broth.
It couldn't hurt.
