Last time I went to CVS pharmacy, they had a big a sale sign for this haircolor for men.

Do men really care if the are getting grey hair? For women, the pressure is to do every thing you can to hide it, if your hair starts

to turn grey. This is mainly due to

society's expectations. Looking young for as long as possible is a message women are bombarded with: in the work place, in the movies, TV, you name it. I don't think the same pressure is felt by men, but then again, I'm not a man.

Is this a product you have used-- or would consider using?

I don't.

I'm 33, full head of hair that needs constant cutting ( if I let it grow that long or don't shave it )and no grays.

I shave my head all off. it looks good on me. I look younger that way.

One of the major news stations did a show on this and men are just as concerned and not just with hair dye, but with plastic surgery. It is so competitive in the workplace and the focus is on younger people in general.

And the popularity of men's skin-care products is expected to continue growing in the United States no matter the economy, reported Euromonitor International in 2009.

They have a product for men's beards too.

The commerical with Emmitt Smith is silly and his beard looks painted on...totally unappealing.

When I have a movie to do, sometimes I colour the hair a light brown. (I do background performing). I tried colouring my small beard, but the skin gets really irritated around the face, so I keep it very trimmed with no colour.

I started to get a few grey hairs in my late teens, but it's all still there, and then some. Balding seems to be a problem for much younger men. (Some women too).

Hair used to be jet black. I think from hispanic roots. I first tried to dye it the originl colour, but I was so embarassed I stayed indoors for days 'till the colour started to fade. Yes, pretty pathetec!

My advice. Loose the beard and facial hair unless you have a weak chin. Stop colouring when you have more grey than black. It's a losing battle. Light brown colour or med, but NO black. Do not leave the mix in your hair for more than 2 minutes if you choose dark. I have seen Chinese folks with a combover and pure black. Pretty sad!!

Our TV ads here for that product are really funny.

One shows these two little girls encouraging their single father to go out and find a new woman aided by newly dyed hair.

The other is a daughter getting her father to dye his hair to give him a better chance at a job interview.
Maybe I'll use it if I'm after a new job.

I've put it on my beard a few times because my beard is turning grey.

I was not very impressed with the results. I still looked gray.
