    Hi All,

This is my living room at X-Mas. I bought this house and the one next door in 1975 for $12,000 for both. I was working second shift and spent several weeks during the day making improvements. It's not much to brag about but I'm pretty happy with it. It's warm in winter and cool in summer and doesn't leak when it rains, what else could you want? Don't ask my wife, please!

Hey Cool! Good to see that in '75 you were investing for the future while all Jws were shutting up shop!

    Looks very comfy.
Darker valences would bring everything better together, I think.
    But that's just my taste.
I started painting some rooms in our house.
The kitchen is done = Terra cota, using a rag, it's great.
    Next, dining room.

    Hey Ken, That is awesome.
Very pleasing to the eye, and it looks like a good space to sit around and chat, or to sit and read.
    Love it!

Are those hardwood floors? I love them! Love the fireplace, too. It looks very inviting.
