What is being trampled on today?
We know that the City of ancient Jerusalen, was known as, "the Throne of Jehovah." Representing as it did, Divine Sovereignty. Jehovah was the King of that City at that time. That cannot be argued, as we see from the following words of Isaiah:
22 "For the LORD is our judge,
the LORD is our lawgiver,
the LORDis our king; it is he who will save us." {Isaiah 32:22 NIV} {1 Chronicles 29:23NIV} Add to that , the fact that Jehovah has always been King, As Paul referred to Jehovah as "the King of Eternity." {1 Timothy 1:17 NIV} So, at any time, was any to go against Jehovah's express Laws, they would be, referred to, of necessity as Tramplng on Jerusalem. Or, if you will trampling, on the Thone of Jehovah. Or divine sovereignty!
satan was the first to begin this trampling, by inducing the Woman Eve to violate Jehovah's express command, not to touch the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil. Eve was the first human, to begin this trampling, when she ate of the Tree she was told not to touch. Her husband Adam, was the second, when he listened to his Wifes voice, and followed her lead. So began, the Trampling on Jerusalem referred to by Luke at Chapter 21:24. A trampling that continues to this very day, and will continue until satan is chained and abyssed for the thousand year period; when he will not be able to mislead the Nations any longer until the thousand years expire. Afterwhich he will be let loose for a short period to once again mislead a great crowd of individuals. {Genesis 3:1-7,17 {Revelation 20:1-3;7-10} It will be at this time, the Trampling on Jerusalem, or divine sovereignty will end for all time. So, no one knows the date this trampling began, nor do they know how long it will run, nor do they know when it will end.
In the sentence Jehovah passed on satan, fore-telling the two seeds, one of which was his own Son, who would from satan receive a mere heel wound at his crucifiction, but who would eventually deal a fatal head wound to satan by throwing him into the lake of fire; Jehovah foretold, that through the line of Abraham this promised seed would eventually come, but he knew thousands of years of hatred would have to be endured by his faithful worshippers, all the while satan's seed was in existence, and would not end until satan and all of his seed were done away with in the lake of fire. This displayed hatred for the seed of the heavenly Woman would of course constitute the trampling that Luke foretold was to be done on Jerusalem. Note Jehovah's Words to satan:
14 "And Jehovah God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, cursed art thou above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: 15 and I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed: he shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel." {Genesis 3:14,15 NIV}
This enmity or hatred would be carried on right up until the coming of Christ in Kingdom power. Actually it was one of the features of the sign Jesus gave that would identify the nearness of the Kingdom, as follows:
9 "Then shall they deliver you up unto tribulation, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all the nations for my name's sake." {Matthew 24:9 NIV}
This of course occurs after the War in heaven is fought with satan thrown to the earth; John will tell us about the persecution that begins at that time, and why:
13"And when the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth, he went in pursuit of the woman who had given birth to the male Child.17So then the dragon was furious (enraged) at the woman, and he went away to wage war on the remainder of her descendants--[on those] who obey God's commandments and who have the testimony of Jesus Christ [and adhere to it and bear witness to Him]." {Revelation 12:13,17 NIV}
Right up to this brutal persecution and murder, Jehovah, has tolerated with much longsuffering this foretold hatred of his favored people, for his own purposes, as we see next:
22 "What if God, willing to show his wrath, and to make his power known,endured with much longsuffering vessels of wrath fitted unto destruction: 23 and that he might make known the riches of his glory upon vessels of mercy, which he afore prepared unto glory, 24 even us, whom he also called, not from the Jews only, but also from the Gentiles? 25 As he saith also in Hosea, I will call that my people, which was not my people; And her beloved, that was not beloved. 26 And it shall be, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, There shall they be called sons of the living God." {Romans 9:22-26 ASV}
16"In generations past He permitted all the nations to walk in their own ways;"{Acts 14:16 AB}
Jehovah has permitted all of the Nations to go their own ways, and, as the saying goes: "Do their own thing."
That situation exists right now, the Appointed times of the Nations are still running; Jehovah is still enduring these vessels of wrath made fit for destruction. Still permitting them to go on in their own ways. That should tell us, if we're paying close attention that the Appointed times of the Nations did not end in 1914, as the Governing Body of the Watchtower Society teaches. Did not begin counting in 607 BCE. Did not run for a period of 2,520 years. Did not end in 1914! They are at this time, still running. It should also tell us that the seven times prophecy in Daniel had absolutely nothing to do with the appointed times of the Nations! There was an entirely different meaning to that Prophecy, but they do not know the true meaning of it.
The truth of the matter is, those seven times did begin running in 607 BCE! They did run for a period of 2,520 years!They did end in 1914! Does it sound like I'm contradicting myself? I'll explain!
They did land on a very sigificant event, but not what the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses will tell us. I'll go on to show now just what that significant event was:
1 "Then I witnessed in heaven an event of great significance. I saw a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon beneath her feet, and a crown of twelve stars on her head. 2 She was pregnant, and she cried out because of her labor pains and the agony of giving birth." {Revelation 12:1,2 NLT}
It was time for God's Kingdom to be born, and his heavenly Woman was pregnant, manifesting labor pains. The Man Child not born yet, because the composite sign the Christ gave of his coming represented those labor pains, and before the Man Child could be born the entire sign he gave had to be in evidence.
Because of the erronious understanding of the seven time prophecy in Daniel the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses will tells us that the Christ was invisibly present in 1914, but according to the words of Jesus next put forth, that is impossible. Please note them now:
32 "Now learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branches bud and its leaves begin to sprout, you know that summer is near. 33 In the same way, when you see all these things, you can know his return is very near, right at the door." {Matthew 24:32,33 NLT}
Jesus had given a composite sign made up of many events, representative of the labor pains the heavenly Woman was undergoing that would be occuring during the period known as the last days, and he clearly told us that even when the complete sign was in evidence, he would only be near, very close, at the door, but not here as yet. Even then the Man Child would not yet be born. Yet the Governing Body of the Watchtower Society, has him invisibly present in the year 1914. It would appear they have aborted the Heavenly Woman, wouldn't it?
Their being wrong about the prophecy of the seven times concerning the appointed times of the Nations, makes them wrong about every one of their teachings for the year 1914, for nothing they said that had occured in that year happened at all. The War in heaven had not been fought as they claim. satan had not been thrown down to this earth in that year. Matthew 24:7 with Nation against Nation and Kingdom against Kingdom had not occured. In a word they have made a complete MESS of the Seven Time Prophecy. The Christ was not invisibly present in the year 1914. As they so stubbornly claim, and Daniels Prophecy didn't even point to that at all. We today are still observing that composite sign going on all around us, those labor pains, with as yet no indication we are even anywhere near the time of the actual birth of God's Kingdom. The heavenly Woman is still suffering those labor pains, but watch out when troubles and trials being to escalate at an alarming rate. At some point they must do that when the final labor pains come. Just prior to the Birth of the Kingdom.
Any that believe that World War 1&2 fulfilled Matthew 24:7 needs to take a closer look at Matthew 24:6 where Jesus mentioned, 'you will hear of Wars and rumors of Wars, but the end is not yet.' World War 1&2 were the Wars he had in mind, and ever since that time we've had Wars and rumors of Wars, but Notice! The End is still not yet! Wars and rumors of Wars are stll going on, even now today. When Matthew 24:7 is fulfilled that will lead directly into the end, when Jeremiah's Prophecy is fulfilled and a great storm sweeps this earth; the entire empire of false Relgion falls. with Exekiels Prophecy undergoing fulfillment, and the Sword of every man is turned against the Sword of his own Brother. The Time of World peril Daniel fortold that would occur when Michael the great Prince stands up. {Jeremiah 25:30-38} {Ezekiel 38:21} {Daniel 12:1} I became somewhat side-tracked there, for a moment.
This age-old hatred began right in the Garden of Eden, and from that time until the Christ actually does take Kingdom power it will continue, until the War of the great day of God the Almighty at Armageddon. So no one knows the date for the beginning of the Times of the Nations, nor do they no how long they will run, or when they will end. What we do know though is we can thank Jehovah's faithful servant Abraham for listening to the voice of Jehovah, for it was through his family line appeared the promised Messiah, that bought back the life of this world.
17 I shall surely bless you and I shall surely multiply your seed like the stars of the heavens and like the grains of sand that are on the seashore; and your seed will take possession of the gate of his enemies. 18 And by means of your seed all nations of the earth will certainly bless themselves
due to the fact that you have listened to my voice."{Genesis 22:15-18 NWT}
"Now the promises (covenants, agreements) were decreed and made to Abraham and his Seed (his Offspring, his Heir). He [God] does not say, And to seeds (descendants, heirs), as if referring to many persons, but, And to your Seed (your Descendant, your Heir), obviously referring to one individual, Who is [none other than] Christ (the Messiah)." {Galatians 3:16 AB}
As for the trampling on Jerusalem, this is no longer earthly Jerusalem at issue, it is heavenly Jerusalem, the City of the living God, heavenly new Jerusalem that is being trampled on today, and the fact that it is heavenly now should show everyone that, the trampling of that City could not have ended in 1914 due to the fact that earthly Jerusalem was cast off and rejected by Jehovah, as well destroyed by General Titus who when he was finished didn't leave a stone upon a stone as Jesus had predicted. {Luke 19:43,44} Heavenly New Jerusalem to this day is still being trampled on by the Nations, and will remain so, until satan and his entire seed are taken out of the way. While this World remains held in the grasp of satan's power, blinded and misled by him, that trampling must continue. {Revelation 3:12;21:2,10} {1 John 5:19} {2 Corinthians 4:3,4} {Revelation 12:9
What is being trampled on today? As always! Divine Sovereignty! By the one who started it all off in the beginning. He began with earthly Jerusalem, which represented Divine Sovereignty, when the Christ came on the scene and established the New Covenant; hence New Jerusalem; his hatred would be transfered from the old Jerusalem to the Heavenly New Jerusalem.
All of the Nations right up to this present moment in time, while claiming to worship the God of the Bible, in actuality do not. In reality their worship is offered to demons, and in so doing that, by their unchristian conduct during the two Bloody Wars of our century, have defamed the name of the God of the Bible, trampling on his divine sovereignty, killing their own Christian Brother's and Sisters, in his name, that they were under his command to love, as they loved themselves. Bringing reproach, shame and blame on his Holy Name. Trampling his divine sovereignty into the muck and mire.
20 "No; but I say that the things which the nations sacrifice they sacrifice to demons, and not to God; and I do not want YOU to become sharers with the demons. 21 YOU cannot be drinking the cup of Jehovah and the cup of demons; YOU cannot be partaking of "the table of Jehovah" and the table of demons. 22 Or "are we inciting Jehovah to jealousy"? We are not stronger than he is, are we?"{1 Corinthians 10:20-22 NWT}
Notice now, what the Govering Body of Jehovah's Witnesses tell us about themselves:
1973 Only this organization functions for Jehovah's purpose and to his praise. To it alone God's Sacred Word, the Bible, is not a sealed book. (Watchtower; July 1, 1973; p. 402)
1973 "Consider too, the fact that Jehovah's organization alone in all the earth is directed by God's holy spirit or active force." (Watchtower, July 1, 1973, page 402)
Here's an Organization, that alone in all the earth understands the Bible, and they tell us the reason they do, is because they are directed by God's Holy Spirit or active force.
1967 Thus the Bible is an organizational book and belongs to the Christian congregation as an organization, not to individuals, regardless of how sincerely they may believe that they can interpret the Bible. For this reason the Bible cannot be properly understood without Jehovah's visible organization in mind. (The Watchtower; 10/1/1967; pp. 587)
Keep in mind, they apply the Seven Times Prophecy in Daniel to the Apointed Times of the Nations. Tell us they began running in 607 BCE for a period of 2,520 years, ending in 1914 - Then they tell us, at the end of those times, War in heaven broke out and satan was thrown down to this earth with Woe for the earth beggining.That Christ was then Crowned King of God's Kingdom, and came with an invisible presence. Now apart from them no one can understand the Bible. It is a sealed Book to all of us, outside of their organization.
I have shown using a reasonable arguement, that the Seven Times Prophecy did not apply to the appointed times of the Nations. That applied to those times, it did not begin counting in 607 BCE. It did not run for 2,520 years, and it did not end in the year 1914 - That means of necessity, that everyone of their teachings they apply to the year 1914, and I mean, every one, are wrong! What happened to the guidance and direction of the Holy Sprit they claim to have? The Bible is not a sealed Book to them they say. Now with that Book open to them and with the Holy Spirit teaching them everything, shouldn't they know more than I do? Afterall they have been around for 130 years or more, I've only been at this for thirty years. Seems to me they should know a whole lot more than I do.
I wonder why they don't know the Trampling on Heavenly New Jerusalem is still going on? That it didn't end in 1914 at allWannabe?
