Sorry, but i did not like the way it was done. I enjoy satire but this is too over the top with making the JWs look like pompous idiots. I doubt an interested person would sit through it... i had to struggle to myself...

The video is at least a year old and was reviewed by all here. I don't know the link but I'm sure you can find it if you search. Most found her little drama sarcastic and over the top. Personally I didn't care for it.

She uses humor to get her point across. I like it because I'm not that familiar with the fine points of JW doctrine (in spite of - or perhaps because of - being beaten into the religion from the age of 5...).
Her video paints the picture with broad strokes... She has a second video along the same lines - "Behind the Watchtower Curtain", with a "Wizard of Oz" theme...

I admire her spirit and what she is doing but she's a bit over the top for me as well.

Brenda is a really nice lady I find, I thought this was a bit too caustic for my tastes. It paints ex-JWs as bitter and that we all make fun of current JWs which isn't true just most of us make fun of JWs.
I didn't think this video was nearly as bad as the one she went to the memorial gulping down wine.

Of as with every movies or dramas, there are critical and positive reviewers. I think, some here missed the entertainment point in this Youtube video shot. Brenda Lee is obviously utilizing humor, shock and wit for effect to educate and pass messages to non JW audience. What the WTS do to win people's hearts, those tactics etc. Its one way how creative authors employ to attract attention to their important messages. Its possible that this shot was deliberately created for that purpose based on her experiences growing up as a a JW child.

For me, it was the first Anti-JW video I've seen.
I found it on the corny side, but corny can sell and reach some people. Many of the points I've heard from the JW's, so I liked that.
I personally would not have made my video that way. I would have done a more straight up version with role playing. But hey, I'm not into the video stuff.

I appreciate that she was trying to entertain and educate. If i were a part of the non Jw audience i would not have gone past the first 30 seconds to be honest. By the acting of the 'jw pair' it is obvious that they do not really behave like that.
I am all for exposing the JWs by serious means as well as using humor, but i believe that any method must be believable or it makes US look like the whack jobs.
Still, power to her for taking them on head on even if i dont like the style!
