What type of sauce or toppings do you like on your steak?

Mmmm I love worcestershire, which I pronounce Wursh cher shyer btw...but in a mix for marinade, not after it's cooked.
I use part soy, part wursh cher shyer , generous amounts of fresh pressed garlic, onion powder, black pepper, a teaspoon or so of sesame oil, and a few tablespoons of italian seasoning. Mix it all up and marinate for at least an hour...then grill over charcoal and cherry chips!
To answer my own question, I like garlic butter, or if I have it, make a shrimp scampi and pour it right over top...otherwise don't mess with a good thing!

If it's a steak worth eating, it only needs salt and pepper.
if it's a cheap steak, then yeah, pile it on, gravy is best.

I flambe my steak with 1/4 cup of cognac and then serve it with a peppercorn sauce.
