  Years ago went out with a friend for essentially the best hot links in LA to a place that did amazing peach cobblers as well. The plan was to have hot links then cobbler - well, the hot links were so good - we had about 1lb each - that we decided that dessert had to be another 1ib.

  And it has remained my favorite dessert - 1lb of Hot Links with several beers. Can't be beat.
