Ok....getting back to waiting on Jehovah, I think many JWs truly believe that Jehovah will clarify things. All we have to be is patient. Yeah, right.

    I quit!

I thought he was just going to the restroom so I waited an hour before I picked up the check paid it and left. I got stuck paying for the entire meal.

Actually from the time I started studying with them till the time I left I was waiting for things to change and they kept telling me to wait and nothing ever changed for the better and nothing they predicted ever came true. I'm always amazed at how many people never wake up and run for the door.

    I waited too damn long...

If I had acted on my doubts and misgivings when I was young, I would've been out 25 years ago.

    What undercover said. :-(((((

Born in but knew sumptin wasn't quite right for a long time...kept thinking "the brotherhood" was something special. NOT!

But 1995 was a turning point for me. I knew they were full of s**t then. I waited again to see if Freddie's prophecy that the system wouldn't last until the new century. When the world didn't implode/explode, I was gone, never looked back.
