Congratulations
It's unfortunate they brainwash you into thinking there is no way to be a non-zombie without resorting to self-destructive behavior and depression....and control your life so much so you are temporarily unable to cope with normalcy.
Then they claim the resulting meltdown is proof they are right, when they caused the problem in the first place.
