Rib eyes are the best(home grown,of course)cut 1" thick,cooked just to medium-hot all the way through,pink and juicy on the inside....Oh,er,uh...meat...right...
T-bones are the next choice,but I'm like L.B.,if it's beef.it's great.
Most any kind of pork is pretty good eatin' too.
I'll eat chicken or turkey occasionaly,but rarely by choice.
Fish-good farm raised catfish(I'll pass on the mud cats,thanks)and shrimp are about it.
Just remember-BEEF,it's what's for dinner
