Code breakers have performed a valuable service by their ability to see the patterns in codes, but the important thing is for there to be a code laid down in the first place.
J W's are by no means the worst offenders . A workmate once lent me a copy of the book " The Bible Code" with which I was not impressed -, and as Terry says there are numerous books published on these subjects...
I think that people just love to have "secret knowledge" that others do not know...human nature, I guess
