I find that I check 2 or 3 times a week and generally have no JWN mail.

I don't think people even look at their PMs.
I know I have sent certain people PMs and I never got an answer. I think maybe the feature isn't visible enough so people forget it is there.

Very rarely. When I did check, two of the three messages I received were unreadable due to technical problems. I have just checked again and all three messages are readable so I will reply in the next couple of days.
