Ex-Elders please advice on my first Public Talk as a MS.

When I was appointed as MS I waited 2 years to have the first Public Talk.
Will you give complete talk, or only first 15 min? What the rule says?

I would figure out how to say things in the talk so that when played backwards it will say things like. "Beth Sarim" "Rutherford the Drunk" www.jehovahs-witness.net etc... etc..
