Ray was pronounced dead at 1:37 PM Eastern Standard Time. Confirmed by Peter Gregerson and Dan Dykstra to Marilyn Zweifel. I was temporarily out of the loop, doing a presentation for my job.

I think with Ray's passing a new wave of attention will emerge for the WTBS and its dealings. With that, more and more will come to know the real "truth." What a legacy.
