Yknot, I believe the names sometimes contribute to delinquency.

    .... I get that....

I grew up with kids who had names like that.....but they went by their nicknames or middle names.

"but they went by their nicknames or middle names."

My middle name is no better. My parents picked my first and middle names because of their meanings. I hated my middle name growing up.

In my old hall one elderly sisterâ„¢ was named Resurrection. Another couple named their daughter "Paradise". They called the kid "Parry" for short. She was a brat and should have been named Armageddon, considering the mess she made of my mom's house when the BS was there.

Long ago, in the Hyde Park cong. (Boston, of all places) there was a Deuteronomy and Jeronimo Mills... the Mills brothers. Deuteronomy was called Boo Boo, and Jeronimo was called Jerry. Couldn't make it up if I tried.

A woman named Hammahloketh (1 Samuel 23:29, I believe) was murdered by her husband a few years back.

    Horrible deed.

I wonder if any JW ever named their daughter "Jael", and if a girl with that name would have a problem finding a husband.

    Serenity....

    Now I am curious.....????

Lets have a name meaning 'throw down'

Here is mine.... (I am not making this up)

I was born "Anoited Reborn Son of Man'...... later it was amended to Anointed Light Reborn Son of Man'

After marrying I became "Anointed Light Reborn Son of Man Multitude'

....... and yes I can pass a lie detector test when claiming I am anointed!.......
