I like the third version also. I would consider leaving in the statute number from your earlier versions, but omitting all the other details from that part. Put them on notice, while leaving it to their lawyer to look up the statute and explain it to them. For example:
I consider these repeated phone calls, personal questions and uninvited visits to be Harassment (M.S. ยง 609.749, Subd. I).
