  Which God did this? I believe that was Rutherford, who had a God complex. It certainly wasn't the Christian God. There was no "group" under Russell.

  And regarding the GB being guided by the "spirit", that may be true but they certainly aren't guided by the Holy Spirit. Perhaps they are guided by the "spirit of this wicked system of things." Who knows, not me, but there's nothing authentic about this entire cult.

  I know the whole thing is ridiculous.

  I got the sense that the religion was 'pro-German American'. I had to listed to stupid remarks from some of these people (no offense to anybody here who is German American). But, I felt they had serious issues about themselves and should get over their 'superiority complex'.
