what a sad and disturbing story of child abuse, to much of that goes on in the world, some jw would say this is only something that happens with so called worldly people, just shows the cover-up in these situations, it's enough to make anybody sick, obviously some in cong. think they can get away with such acts, they discust me i would think being taught God's laws, that this would not even have happened. There are really some sick-minded people out there.

The Anointed should be able to read the hearts from what I have read of the bible. Or hasn't anyone else read this? It is one of the many gifts of the spirit. Oh darn, the GB dosn't acknowlege the other spiritual gifts, only that of insight, and only if yer over 70. Any one out there ever demand to go before the Anointed as the bibles says and not before the Elders? When the Anointed "sigh" over someone in prayer,,, woe to that one whom they sigh over it says. -

There is such a sick mental trend of thought in the Dubs mind set, it has come from prolonged contact with an elitist idea much like any other group that feels its better than the rest, the us and them perception.
I see a wave of discontent coming to wards the J. Dubs, people have long just been irritated with them, now more and more they see them for what they are misguided people who are lead by evil people who have a sick agenda of over lording and usurping for their own selfish gain.
Its a sad commentary for those of us who were raised a Jehovah's Witness's and taught our kids. ~ShaneOh religion will be consumed somehow but not as the J. Dubs perceive it, for they them self's are falling by the same gnawing and chewing of logic they feel that they are free from.

I wonder if anyone is still here on this thread, wow it has been 16 years. I am Alison's sister and recently went public. It took me 15 years to go fully public with my story, rather than hide in what was next, the Panorama film of 2002.
I wonder if anyone has hard copies? I am trying to get as much evidence as possible because I am going to go to the Scottish Government. I want 3 things done.
1) Mandatory Reporting Laws for ANY organisation. This means that anyone who is in a position of authority/trust and hears of any allegation of abuse, has to take it to the police. That they are personally responsible to forward that information onward to the police.
2) Personal Responsibility - in the case where an allegation has already been heard by a person in a position of authority/trust and he/she has not taken the action to call the police or child protection services that they be guilty of complicity in the act done.
3) Tougher sentencing for Sex offenders towards children. - In my ideal world they would be sent to snake island, but we are not living in my ideal world. So in this world I wish to put forward a proposal for tougher sentencing on these criminals.
As a survivor of this abuse, I am literally abhorred at the leniency of the sentences that these criminals have served. This is abhorrent to me because, I lost my childhood. As an adult I suffer still because of what my abusers had done to me.
I ask that the following be taken into consideration,
A: Adult of 16 years and older looks at child pornography on the internet, depending on the categories of the images to be 3-5 years minimum sentence. No halves for good behaviour.
5 years for Category C images and/or film,
7 years for Category B images and/or film,
10 years for Category A images and/or film,
B: Adult of 16 years and older intends to harm a child, even if the child is a decoy.
3 years minimum sentence.
C: Adult of 16 years and older has touched a child on their genitalia, has groomed a child to touch their genitalia where penetration has not occurred.
15 years minimum sentence.
D: Adult of 16 years and older has penetrated a child.
20 years minimum sentence.
Where the offender has committed several of these offences, each sentence has to run concurrently with the next one, before the parole board considers release. Where the offender has harmed more than one child, each child after that, the sentence to be half of the sentence for the first one,
For example, Offender carries out a D offence to one child, has carried out the same offence to another child.
Offender should be given the 20 years sentence as an absolute minimum and then 10 for each consecutive child he/she has harmed. Offender will be in prison for 30 years until parole is considered.
For example, Offender carries out a C offence to a child and has multiple images and film of a category A nature.
Offender should be given the 15 years as the absolute minimum and then no less than half the sentence of the other offence. Offender will be in prison for 15 years and then anywhere between 5-10 years after the 15 years is up.
When the offender has been released, he/she should be tagged electronically and checked in by officers of the law. -

Paul Gilles looks after Watchtower, he doesn’t give one thought to children victims. You can see his focus when you read the private email exchange between him and Stephen Bates back when the UN thing was going full bore.
He tries to ply Stephen and The Guardian editor into printing Watchtower’s lies, but Stephen was on to him big time.
Paul really shows his inner Satan in those emails. I think we can continue to expect the same from him in the future.

This needs to be done in Scotland.
Sadly, my whole family have now stopped speaking to me since my experiences hit The Mirror, The Sun and The Daily Record in quick succession of each other. My mother especially, should be a parent, love her kids unconditionally and pick up the phone to say "I'm here for you"

For that conditional love, I am truly sorry that such souls exist and it literally breaks my heart. However, my heart has now turned stone cold towards them. I can never let any of them back in for fearing it may break again. I am stronger than I ever was now. -

Tragically the media in Australia especially the ABC has been playing just one 'note' now for months and that is the gay marriage note. Just recently this 'me too' things has taken second place.
The ABC's "4-Corners" top long standing doco program have been informed of the diabolical goings on within WT with some links from the ARC and they have not even acknowledged.
The commercial tv channels are not worth a mention.
