Dgp I've thought the exact same thing! Bothers me no end because it seems like it's double standards. We can benefit from 'the world' yet can't be in it. We can 'use' government agencies because they're there, yet we can't educate ourselves to get to a similar position. It's a bunch of hypocrisy.
