Can someone please tell me a little about Ray Franz's activities in the last 10 or 20 years. Did he speak at seminars or conventions, and if so, whose and how often? Did he receive much correspondence and did he reply? How much of his post-WTS life was devoted to assisting wavering and former Witnesses with their issues?

From what I understand he chose to live a quiet simple life. If you wrote to him he would write back thats the kind of man he was.

The man was in his late 80s when he died. Whatever he did in his last years, I hope he enjoyed himself and valued the time he spent with his lovely wife. I don't give a tinker's cuss if he preferred the quiet life. God knows the poor guy devoted the bulk of his early and middle years to the Watchtower Society. He deserved a break - especially inhis twilight years. Rest in peace, Ray.
