Absolutely not.
Antivenins are a blood fraction derived directly from the blood of another creature.
Even though this was before Jehovah had formally given Noah directives on the proper use and handling of blood, we can safely assume that Noah, a faithful and true worshipper and early Witness (compare Heb 11:7) would have known what Jehovah wanted without explicit instruction even as Joseph did (compare Gen 39:7-12)
