I've been offered the option of working from 8 pm until 4 am.
Pay is a little more.
The only drawback is the drive to and fro.
Have you ever done something similar?

Depends on your body. Some people can't adjust to the shift of schedule and
sleeping irregular hours. Make sure you get good blackout curtains in your bedroom.
That helps. What is it? Nursing?

I've worked overnight. Night shift is hard though. Some people are constantly tired because they can't adjust. I had a baby at the time, so it didn't work for me. I still had to get up in the morning, and snooze throughout the day.
On the plus side, it tends to be quiet and more peaceful (depending on the job)

It will be me and one officer.
I'm already a tad crazy, so perhaps I better stick with days.
LOL.

I did; I was escorted from the parking ramp to work and back to my car by an officer. They would follow me home and walk me to the door.

I will be on my own.
