It took a couple fo days but yes I did get to see her myself
I started using a manual chair in 2003 and in 2004 got a scooter then a power chair both given to me. Now I have a super power chair and some one else gave me another scooter but I killed that one very quickly. The used ones don't last very long with me.
I met an older woman and her older daughter in teh store on Friday. The daughter told me she wanted her mother to get one. Mom was dead set against it by the look on her face. I told her it would give her back her freedom. It's so sad that people don't see it that way. As independance. And more and more people are using them or scooters all the time.
I don't need it in the house but use it to get out as often as I want
