Interesting thread. At Tacoma WA there was a peak of 11,800 approx and 62 bap., about 0.52%. Looked like a mix of ages, though there were unquestionably some very, very young kids among them.
The other interesting thing to do with baptism figures is add them up over a ten year period, subtract 1% for death, and you should be left with the net increase.
Take the average publisher figure for ten years ago , and the latest one, and see how MANY are "missing".
I like seeing the numbers on total amount of hours spent in the ministry divided by the amount of newly baptized. I think it's somwhere in the neighborhood of 5.6K hours per baptism, I am at work and don't have my spreadsheet I worked up here to confirm that, but its close enough to get the idea.

The DC I know about had a .5% baptism rate. USA.
