What an incredible leap from "people of varying ages who's lives overlap", meaning overlap during a specific event or period, to those who saw the sign begin and had others overlap their lives. Complete. Bullshit.

That video really pissed me off. That thing needs to be saved forever, he pretty much states the overlap, which includes current GB members will not die before the end. Who is the youngest GB right now? Of course they are probably going to add a few more shortly to replace Teddy...

Thomas - thanks so much for posting that link ... actually seeing this stuff up on youtube is eye-opening...to think we were as zoned out as everyone else there no doubt was having to listen to all this tripe...no wonder he has to say "This is where it gets interesting"... because by that point, most of the attendees are completely zoned out or asleep already.
He lost me right there at the beginning: 'the degree of our suffering amplifies Jehovah's appreciation of our faith??' How does he know what amplifies Jehovah's appreciation??????? Presumptuous to say the least.
Not long after that, he talks about having 'seen light and new light and ... that Jehovah's Holy Spirit is actually amplifying the light so as to see clearly how truthfully close and how deep we are into the end of the system of things.' UGH
So EVIDENTLY, IT WOULD APPEAR that AMPLIFY is the new buzzword for this year.
The other thing that bugs the crap out of me now is how much they keep referencing previous Watchtower articles as though they were holy Writ. And then on top of that, he'll read a quote verbatim that seems like it's saying something concrete, but in fact, the definition of generation ends up just 'usually' meaning this or that. Years from now, when this current light comes back to bite them in the butt, they'll be able to latch on to the word USUALLY and say: ah, well, in this case, it actually didn't mean that....someday their own words are going to SINK THEM!!!
