What level of reform is needed on the pedophile issue?

  IF that is beyond what they can do, they can still insist that every child only work with their parents and trusted family members.

  This assumes that pedophilia does not/can not happen within families. The pedophile takes advantage of that sense of trust to abuse.

  In ANY organization, be it religious or wotherwise, there is only ONE thing to do with a pedophile or sexual assault issue:

  NOTIFY THE AUTHORITIES AND LET THEM DO THEIR JOB.
