Thanks Josie for posting this info, it needs publicity to help the poor people who need a bone marrow transplant.
Just a weird and irrelevant aside, but interesting, a friend of mine needed a BM job, he was dying without it, he is as Caucasian as can be, the perfect match turned out to be a guy in Sweden, who is "black", I put that in quotes 'coz I don't have the full info. on his ethnicity.
As to whether JW's would approve of the treatment, I am not sure, but my friend woke up and walked away after the 1975 debacle, so he doesn't care what they say or think.
He is just glad that someone, a stranger, had the real love to offer him life.

I don't disagree with that statement but a co-worker who was reading this forum with me asked a question that I don't have an answer for since I am not African American. His question was "What country would be a good example of treating blacks well that the US could look at to emulate?"
