Nathan I did not understand half the stuff you just said. I know he tried to remove it but couldn't. Now I'm paranoid about viruses.

Serenitynow, don't feel bad because you were unfamiliar with some of the terms I used.
The guy who should be ashamed of himself is the fraud who says he's an IT guy. He's a booby in IT clothing.
I like TD's suggestion - get 50 pounds of salt and pickle your so called "IT guy."

Defender has been replaced with MS Security Essentials- that includes virus and spyware/malware FREE
