I think it's fake, myself...
Whales are pretty smart, I can't see one 'accidently' jumping out right when a little sailboat was in its path... If it was pissed and wanted to take it out for whatever reason, it wouldn't have to do a belly flop on it, it could swamp it with his tail...job done.
Also, look at the guy piloting the boat... he's looking straight ahead. At the height that the whale is out of the water, a normal person would have done had a "HOLY FUCKING SHIT" moment and would be staring at whale, jumping back, shitting their pants all in one fluid movement.
Also, the shadow looks wrong on the side of the boat where the whale is out of the water...
