Four times: almost married the first one (1983), married the second one (1986), the third was unrequited (1990), and I'm married to the fourth (1992).

2 x (neither were JW) first time was about 2 years ago (for me it was kinda love at first sight), and now currently am in love again, this one is much deeper and more secure feeling- life is funny ain't it???
