    Pitiful, simply pitiful!!

    Mormon wasn't first. Guess my protestant roots are showing!

    For the rest of you with Mormon high on the list, we'll chat in the Millenium (where all the good-hearted people will be no matter what the name on the outside of their house of worship or lack thereof).

    I'll be the one with the "happy Mormon" smile and the red carnation.

    Thanks for the great link! Too fun!!

    Not many surprises here.

    I played a bit around with it the last time. If I answered N/A to the social programme question, I got 0% for JWs. Its obviously more based on how JWs describe themselves than on how they are.

    I did this a while back and Buddhism was at the top of my list while JW's were at the bottom. The Buddhism was 100%, 2 different types as a matter of fact.

    I took this test a while back. It is what got me looking into the UU because I got 100% with UU. JW were # 27 with 12%. I have started attending a class at my local UU church. It is really interesting so far. I am impressed there is no real dogma to believe in. They have seven basic principles which are:

    The inherent dignity and worth of every person;
    Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
    Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregation
    A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
    The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
    The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
    Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part

    And I agree with all that. They are also the only church in the US that will perform a marriage cermony for couples of the same sex...

    It is a cool thing so far...

    A tie for first place: Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholic, both at 100%.

    JW near the bottom.

    Maybe the form needs a few more questions like:

    1. Are you attracted to a religion that makes you fill in time sheets?

    2. Do you look forward to having no fun holidays whatsoever?

    3. Can you respect a religion that has a perfect prediction record -- total failure?

    4. Do you think that all charitable work is really a scheme of the Devil?

    5. Do you believe in a God that "tacks into the wind"?
