What Do You Do For Exercise?

2-3 days of Martial Arts training with 2 days of Strength training.

I use the gym:
5 minute cardio warm-up - Tread mill on an incline/speed that burns 10 calories a minute minimum.
Free weight routine - full core body muscles for 30 minutes with no more than 60-90 seconds rest between complex sets (3 sets combined)
10 minute cardio cooldown if any energy left.
I burn about 400-450 calories in that time. I do that 3 days a week with 2 other days of cardio only. I'm thinking of putting in a kettlebell workout routine in one of my weight days to change it up a bit.

Cardio and weight lifting several times a week at the gym. I also love hiking and backpacking. It's a great way to see beautiful scenery while also getting a workout.

I run 5-6/mornings a week; 2 miles. I need to add some weight training in there, but my schedule is tight as it is. I'm lucky to get in 2 miles!
