    I agree with Jamiebowers, send them stuff especially pictures with lots of smiles from everyone.

    Well, wasnt that gracious of her to say that . My father said (regarding if I were DF'd/DA'd): "Why are you asking if you'd be welcomed into our home? Its not like I could stop it. Your mother would never hear of having you banned from the home."

    I've heard the same thing before 'it would be awkward'. I often wonder what my parents response would be if I was to openly leave the organisation. I have a sibling who faded very successfully and even lives 'in sin' with his partner but my parents haven't written him off and we are all very much still a part of his life I do feel however that my leaving might not be as smooth, as I would likely not be able to fade as successfully as he has. I do not think my parents would shun me though, which I am grateful for. My heart goes out to all whose parents do follow the rules to the max.
