A beautiful English autumn is approaching here in the Meon Valley. The leaves are just turning on somespecies of tree.Our herb garden is looking overgrown as many of the plants are seeding have grown leggy and golden brown.
The sun was shining today , providing a warmth not only in temperature but also in colour.
The ripened apples on the tree in our garden are attracting wasps and Hornets which buzz around like little aeroplanes.
It hss been a pleasurable day here.

We had a lot of much needed rain last night, and today was a bit cooler-(low 90's) with a slight breeze. I am happy that all of the plants and wildlife are getting their fill of water!

and lows dipping just once below 40, staying
mostly mid 40-mid 50leaves are definitely changing, acrorns are
dropping and the deer, blue jays and squirrels
are busy eating and/or gathering them!last kid home started senior year this week!
