Do Jehovah Witnesses that work at bethel get money from the Watchtower? What about their personal expenses? What if they die? Does the Watchtower pay for their funeral expenses? Or if they get sick? What happens if they become disable? Can someone answer any of these questions?

Workers at Bethel are volunteers, and if I recall correctly, they are required to sign a vow of poverty.
In exchange for their work, they receive room and board (communal meals, housekeeping and laundry services) and (once again) if I recall correctly, $100 each month to defray the costs of incidentals. If they die while at Bethel and their family doesn't want the corpse, it will be cremated and buried in an unmarked grave on Watchtower property; presently Patterson NY.
Many Bethelites supplement their income with outside work, although this is officially discouraged, and many supplement their income by depending on the generosity of the non-Bethelite members of the congregations they are assigned to attend.
Some Bethelites are subsidized by their families.

I should have added that Bethelites receeive NO social security benefits from the WATCHTOWER. This is a powerful incentive to a lifetime of faithful service; leave and you have zip[, zero, nada, zilch.
The Watchtower has medical facilities for Bethelites, but if a person's injury is severe enough that they can no longer work at Bethel, they have nothing. I believe the WTB&TS is presently involved in a lawsuit to determine if they ought to provide disability benefits for their workers; the WTB&TS doesn't want to be required to pay for these benefits. I guess it is un-theocratic to care for workers who are injured while in your service.
It is far more loving to throw them onto the streets with nothing.
