I love fettucini afredo with lots of white sauce and chicken with white wine. It is great!

I'm a huge fan of fettucine alfredo. Doesn't matter if it's plain, or with chicken or shrimp. I love it with chopped up broccoli too.
Garlic bread with cheese...... white wine....... mmmmmmmmm
Another thing I got totally hooked on for lunch is a bagel sliced in half, spread with garlic butter, topped with shredded mozzarella cheese. Put under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and stringy..... excellent with a bowl of minestrone soup.
