The problem with that metaphor is ..... eventually the quiver gets so crammed full of arrows that you can't stuff any more in.
... and, it's always the woman who does the cramming!

Isn't the point of a quiver to hold your missiles, as in weapons? So when it's too full, do they become useless for thier intended purpose? Overcrowded, damaged, difficult to access?

I believe she will have an 20th child since it's very apparent that she and her husband aren't doing anything to prevent conception. Unless less her womb finally gives out.
