... a Watchtower or KM to give you a little counsel, share this from this weeks "Bible Study"

    *** cf chap. 10 p. 101 par. 7 "It Is Written" ***
When the scribes taught, they were fond of referring to the so-called oral law, quoting learned rabbis from times past. Jesus never once cited the oral law or some rabbi as an authority. Rather, he viewed God's Word as the final authority.

(sorry about the title .. I don't know, can't edit it)

WT = God Word, they are interchangable within the WT Theology. Of course no Witness would ever admit that, but actions speak louder than words.

Yeah, I think the WT is required by law to produce at least one half-assed Jesus-themed book every decade or so so they can still call themselves a "Christian Congregation."

BTW, don't you think it's ironic that the WT officially started referring to itself as the "Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses" at least a couple of decades after Elvis left the building?

Also, it seems like "The Greatest Man" book (probably their last semi-competent effort since the 1970s) was published right around the time when it seemed like positive reform was finally within striking distance, early 1990s, shortly before everything completely went to shit.

Oral law is in fact the greatest thing ever invented. Just say and see what the reaction is.
