Nice one! Though you can be sure that if the WTS hadn't ditched the doctrine in 1995 that they would have dragged it out till 2034 on the basis of some 120 year old woman living in Japan. And even after then , cryonically frozen dead bodies would be brought into the equation ("in the same way that a frozen embryo can be reactivated , who are we to decree that a frozen corpse or head is no longer capable of life. Technically and in Jehovah's eyes , these ones are still alive , so the generation hasn't yet died off." - WT 2035 Feb 15th).

Lots of people are alive whose lives overlapped the lives of people who were alive in 1914, so actually the "1914" generation is still alive!

Of course it's stupid, but JWs demand that this generation be extended by any and all means. Why? So they can continue in their same deluded KH routine and never have to admit they have been duped into worshiping a religious publishing corporation. They have had plenty of opportunties to figure out the 1914 generation lies, but they instead choose to ignore the obvious.
