that's the way I see it.
I read that is exactly what Russel said about it. I actually read his words but doubt I would find it again. But he clearly said that new light or the equivalent could never revert to what was previous.

In my 42 years of asssociation with the "truth" it seems more like a glow stick getting dimmer and dimmer
Even Russell recognised that Noo Lite doctrine, saying that it was like another candle being lit, the light getting brighter, adding to knowledge, not having a previous candle go out.
So it's just a matter of time til the candles reach a critical mass and set the whole thing on fire, right??
So much new light lately it's like taking off your goggles after staring at the detonition of a nuclear bomb blast. My face is red as a lobster, but at least the whiteness of the outline of the goggles on my face makes me look so cool.

The new generation change sure didn't add anything to the folks who were alive in 1914.

"new light" is a non-Biblical fabrication by Botchtower Corp., just like "governing body" and "faithful slave".
