So I decided that I am going to give out candy this year. It's important to me because in all the years that I went D2D, noone ever gave me candy!
Anyway, I was planning to wear one of my old nursing dresses (not a naughty nurse skanky one) with the old school white cap, and go as Nurse Rached. Considering the very real possibility that I won't be able to zip up my old uniform, what should I dress as?
You should always use a costume that is in direct contrast to your personality. Make sure you have enough decorations up to lure in the kiddies! Have fun!
Princess/Queen/Ballerina
Smurfette (preferred choice of most JWborn-ins)
Vampires are 'big'
Anything requiring awesome make up application.
Something easy only requiring a larger paper bag and cardboard box........
Large trashbag (industrial or yard leaves size) and build it into a spider, beetle or prune/raisin....
Possibilities are endless
Hell why not just rent something over the top and way too much money........ you only have a 'first halloween' once after all! Hell throw a damn costume party!

If you want to save money, go as something really scary- A pioneer JW.
Otherwise, you can never go wrong as a sexy cop. This one is tame compared to some you will find on a google search.

You could go as a Watchtower... make a watchtower hat or something.
Wear the hat that Dan mentioned and ride on a large stuffed scarlet colored wild beast.
