There's is something about freshly baking cinnamon as well as bread that makes the whole house smell scrumptious! My Mom used to make Chelsea Bread... oooohhh mmaaaan that was tasty! And the house always smelled so yummy.

I love the smell of cinnamon and nutmeg. I don't bake; but my mother did. Those smells remind me of Thanksgiving and Xmas.
