I guess. They might have not wasted 2 hours on the movie but they wasted a whole week staying with their son, who they may now deem to be a apostate.

To be fair, he's really old and probably thinks electricity is demonic.

I think a lot of JW's are prejudiced against everything Sci-Fi. My mom HATES Star-Trek, etc. She's utterly horrified at seeing people dressed up as aliens. Perhaps it's too anti-god for their liking...
